Mike - Like most things, Mike it's a matter of degrees(no pun intended). Generally, your friend is right. I would try to enlist the help of Max here. He is probably more knowledgeable on carbs than I am. I'm a trial and error type of carb guy. You, my friend, do not have a trial and error type of problem!
